This is an autograph copy of Samuel Aaron Romanelli's Ruaḥ Nakhon, a philosophical treatise about the existence of God.  Romanelli was a Hebrew poet who traveled throughout Europe and Morocco.  On the page shown here, he wrote a poem for David Friedlaender, one of the founders of Reform Judaism.
