You need to:
1. Complete the brief Gallery Planning Form at
http://www.columbia.edu/cu/libraries/inside/projects/digitization/procedures/gallery_planning_form_current.doc
2. Have the director of your unit sumbit the form to the email alias: newproject@libraries.cul.columbia.edu
3. Contact Melanie Wacker at mw2064@columbia.edu to schedule for a metadata consultation.
4. Create an item level spreadsheet based on the metadata consultation.

5. Submit the spreadsheet to Melanie for review.
