Ve. Rāmacāmi, (Tantai Periyār), 1878-1973 (i.e. Periyar); Jotīrāva Govindarāva Phule, 1827-1890. On the top of the page the caption reads, "Buddha-Phule-Shahū-Ambeḍakarī vicārāmnā samarpita". It also records the year in Buddhabda as well as Bhimabda dates on the top right corner.
