Description

Sicilian rod puppet operated from above. Face, hands, feet of painted wood or plaster. Armor, shield, sword, scabbard of unpainted tin. Skirt of pale-red muslin with metallic tape trim. Tin lion atop helmet, on shield and breastplate.
