DescriptionPrinted by Gutenburg’s associate Peter Schöffer, possibly for one of the more successful indulgence sellers, Raymond Peraudi. The document enumerates a variety of indulgences available for those who would support a crusade against the Ottoman Empire, which at that point reached well into the Balkan Peninsula to the frontier of the Holy Roman Empire and Luther’s Germany.
